BARBARA K. LOFTON is a native of Oklahoma but currently resides in Evans, Georgia with her husband Ronnie D. Lofton, Sr. Barbara is an ordained Minister, Psalmist, and Liturgical dancer. She holds a Master’s in Psychology and Counseling and she plans to use her knowledge to help the lost and hurting. Barbara has a heart for God and his people. Her aspiration is to bring hope, healing, and restoration to all by spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Barbara K. Lofton lost her daughter in a tragic car accident in 2005. Over the last few years as she thought of her, Lofton writes poems and releases them in her book titled “Dear Butterfly Heart: “Letters to Chanel” a book that serves as a true testament of tragedy, pain, hope and peace. The book contains poems, prayers, and scriptures to help those who are dealing or has dealt with the loss of a loved one, pet, job, or any other loss. It is Lofton’s personal testimony and letters to her daughter, Chanel. Her book offers hope and light in a dark world and in a situation like death.
