Isaiah 61:1-3:
1 The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me,
because the LORD has anointed me
to preach good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners,
2 to proclaim the year of the LORD's favor
and the day of vengeance of our God,
       to comfort all who mourn,
3 and provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
       instead of ashes,
       the oil of gladness
       instead of mourning,
       and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness,
       a planting of the LORD
for the display of his splendor.

My vision is to offer exemplary service to all people helping them to have a life-changing encounter with God in all circumstances to reach their highest potential.

To assist the hurting, poor, bereaved, and lost by sharing the word of God, teaching holistic values so they may have a more meaningful life in Jesus Christ.

Move beyond the walls of comfort (the church) into the vineyard.

1.      Keep God first.
Maintain the clarity of the vision God has given me.

2.     Serve his people.
Look deeply for those unusual opportunities to engage, minister, and witness.

3.     Stay kingdom focus.
Always look to His will in all that I do, am and could be.

4.     Be honest.
Maintain the highest level of integrity even when it is not convenient (even when it is difficult).

5.     Strive for excellence.
Be all that He has called me to be for this work/purpose to be fulfilled.

6.     Never settle for less than God’s best.
Trust, discern, and hold out for His best.

7.     To motivate and energize other people.
To listen carefully, with open heart and mind to move on behalf of God’s people as the Spirit leads.

8.     Be committed.
Never stop until the work is complete or He says well done.

9.     Love all.
To remember the greatest commandment God gave, love.

10.  Give my all.
Help all my brethren no matter the challenge or circumstance through the power of Jesus Christ.
